For many in the world of GIS, planning, and urban design, SketchUp has solidified itself in the “City Planner’s Toolbox.” In this session, Houseal Lavigne Associates, recipient of a 2014 APA Planning Excellence Award, will highlight SketchUp’s value for conveying planning recommendations, principles, and regulation compliance. Discussing the basics and teasing the advanced, Devin and Nik will demonstrate how to work between SketchUp and... GIS, CityEngine, AutoCAD, Unreal Engine, and Adobe Creative Cloud (to name a few).
