The line between 2D illustration and 3D modeling continues to blur, and there are exciting times ahead for those with both skill sets. This session offers a special sneak peek of Adobe Dimension CC 2.0, a compositing application that can ingest native SketchUp files to seamlessly texture and blend 3D models and background images for the production of high-quality hybrid visualizations.

In this Hands-on workshop, you’ll get a sense of how Adobe Dimension will affect illustration and visualization workflows across multiple fields, and -- for attendees with an Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription -- there will also be a hands-on tutorial with a pre-release version of Dimension. Expect to learn the basics of 2D/3D compositing, as well as how to set-up physically based materials and lighting.
