I have been using SketchUp since version 4. I use it all the time to develop architectural concepts for hospitality, entertainment and residential developments .
I have been working in the field of architectural design and planning for the past 24 years, and I see SketchUp together with all the awesome plugins expanding its capabilities, as one of the most powerful tool out there for great creative work, inspiring visual narratives and fantastic efforts of imagination.
